Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Anya Hindmarch purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all designer tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items inside the original Anya Hindmarch box and protective shipping carton, ensuring all original dust bags and authentication cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our delivery partner's website using your tracking number.
